Welcome to our century old villa in its tranquil surrounding. Relax in your private, spacious studio with 360 degree view over scenic reserve, inner bays,  to Waitangi and Paihia. You will wake to the songs of tuis' and fantails', a stunning sunrise and breakfast is served on the sunny front verandah.

We are of Dutch, Swiss and Italian origin and after owning a local restaurant for 10 years we are looking forward to host you and tantalize your taste buds with fresh produce from the Bay. Dinner by arrangement - 2 nights minimum.
